Sherree began her career in the San Francisco Bay Area as a Licensed Real Estate Agent and loan officer over 20 years ago. She swiftly made a name for herself among local area investors, and within two years was hired by a prominent tax attorney as a Real Estate Asset and Portfolio Manager. In this role, she was responsible for maximizing real estate assets’ performance value through acquisition, operation, re-positioning, and disposition along with buying, selling and financing of all property types. Sherree has been based in the Las Vegas Valley for 15 years, and became a top producer in the market shortly after arriving from Northern California. The superior level of customer service she provides sharply distinguishes her from other mortgage professionals. Clients are drawn to Sherree’s authentic, down-to-earth demeanor, and quickly set at ease by her straightforward approach to the task at hand. Due to her vast mortgage and real estate experience, Sherree possesses exhaustive understanding of each aspect of mortgage lending, ranging from loan processing, closing, funding and Desktop Underwriting; and passes that advantage on to her customers. Wanderlust has lured Sheree to many locales, and she counts Brazil and Italy among her favorites. When she is at home, she enjoys gourmet cooking, often hosting dinner parties for friends. She volunteers, and supports the Las Vegas Rescue Mission and Safe Nest when she is not spoiling her two Devon Rex kittens, Fortune and Teller.
