Mr. Scampton is currently managing Warehouse Facilities, Alternative Lending and Information Technology as well as Originating for North American Financial Corp., a full service mortgage banker. Prior to this promotion, he was actively processing loans with an average closing volume of 10-20 loans per month and active pipeline of 40-60 loans. Mr. Scampton has extensive knowledge of all facets of mortgage processing from pre-qualification through post-closing and compliance as well as being licensed as a Loan Officer in AZ, CA, NV and TX. Prior to his move to real-estate and mortgages, Mr. Scampton was a high level network engineer with experience at Covisint, Oracle and Entex (Siemans) as a software and networking subject matter expert, IT life cycle (design, installation, support and disposition) management expert and troubleshooting 'firefighter.' Mr. Scampton's strengths include impeccable customer service and a natural ability to optimize processes and systems to help people work together to achieve a successful goal.
